Call For Applications for winter funding: Global Studies Research & Engagement Awards

Attention Global Studies majors!

We are pleased to announce open competition for the Global Studies Winter Research & Engagement Awards.

As in past semesters, funding is available for Global Studies majors who are planning to study, intern, or carry out self-designed research projects during winter break that relate directly to Global Studies. These grants of up to $500 may be used to defray the cost of airfare, program fees, or other related expenses.

Priority is given to students who can show how their winter work fits in with their course of study. Students proposing self-designed projects must demonstrate a clear and feasible plan. Recipients will be required to submit an informal write-up or presentation on their experience early in the Spring.

To apply, please complete the form online by October 30 at 11:59 PM . The form is available online here: https://goo.gl/forms/erkVZGZ0iPPSp8pH3
