Media Studies MA
The master’s program in Media Studies offers a flexible and interdisciplinary curriculum in media theory and practice with an emphasis on the production of a film, video, audio, and emerging media. Documentary Media Studies Certificate
Immerse yourself in documentary filmmaking — production and theory — in New York City, the world’s documentary capital. The Graduate Certificate in Documentary Media Studies is an intensive professional education program for prospective documentarians. In the course of one year, you develop, shoot, direct, and edit an original short documentary film on a New York City-related subject. Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and submit a portfolio; previous study of filmmaking is not required. Learn more.

The Graduate Certificate in Media Management provides a strong foundation of management principles and leadership skills for business professionals working or expecting to find work in the ever-changing global media landscape. Media Studies BA/MA
Earn a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies in a program open to transfer students, adults, and other nontraditional undergraduates.
