Massimiliano Tomba is a professor in the Department of Political Science, Law, and International Studies at the University of Padua, and is currently a member of the Institute for Advanced Study. His latest monograph has been translated as Marx’s Temporalities (Brill, 2013). His previous books include La “Vera Politica”: Kant e Benjamin: La Possibilità della Giustizia (Quodlibet, 2006) and Crisi e Critica in Bruno Bauer: Il Principio di Esclusione come Fondamento del Politico (Bibliopolis, 2002). Among recent chapters and articles are “T.W. Adorno’s Account of the Anthropological Crisis and the New Type of Human,” in (Mis)Readings of Marx in Contemporary Continental Philosophy, ed.
