Some Alumni You Should Meet: Unseen Alumni with Indelible Memories – by Elzbieta Matynia
On May 11, 2013 Elzbieta Matynia, Director of TCDS, participated in The New School’s second annual Alumni Day. Within the allotted time of 60 seconds, Elzbieta Matynia introduced TCDS’ two New School campuses abroad – in Poland and South Africa. In particular, she emphasized that thanks to those campuses, The New School has about 1700 TCDS alumni living in different parts of the world who, over the span of 22 years, have studied along with New School students in Poland and South Africa.
“I think that [non-New School TCDS alumni] constitute, along with you, one of the most precious social capitals of this University. We should know about them, you should know about them…”
