Transregional Center for Democratic Studies: WE CONDEMN RUSSIA’S AGGRESSION
For thirty years we at TCDS have been building bridges between East and West and between worlds of academia and civil society. The idea of dialogue is at the very core of all our initiatives. We are outraged by the utterly small-minded contempt for international law displayed by the Russian leadership, and by its misguided invasion of Ukraine. We have worked for decades with young scholars from Ukraine and Russia and we stand in solidarity with the people of Ukraine who are in the gravest danger, and with those in Russia who are courageously protesting this senseless war.
