This event is open to all New School students, faculty, staff, and TCDS alumni. RSVPs are required. You must RSVP with your New School email to attend [TCDS alumni who do not have a New School email, please email tcds@newschool.edu to RSVP].
Please join us at our annual Open House (otherwise known affectionately as the Pierogi Party – and the first since 2019!), to learn about our transdisciplinary work and the upcoming Democracy & Diversity Summer Institute in Poland.

The forward-looking theme of this year’s – now 30th – Democracy & Diversity Graduate Summer Institute is After Violence. It will take place July 5-20 in the vibrant city of Wroclaw, Poland. New School graduate students and some advanced undergraduate students are eligible to apply and enroll in 2 courses earning 3 credits each.

Event guests and visitors must provide proof of up-to-date vaccination, including a booster when eligible; a negative result from a PCR test taken within three days before arrival; or a negative result from a rapid test taken the same day.
